The board of Transcorp International has allotted 6356549 Equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- as bonus shares at par in proportion of 1 (one) such new Equity share for every 4 (four) existing equity share held to the shareholders whose names are appeared in register of members on the closing hours of 20 June 2018.

It is to further inform you that after the allotment of bonus equity shares, the paid up in capital of the company will be increased to Rs. 63565488/- divided into 31782744 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each fully paid up and bonus shares will be credited/dispatched by 29 June 2018.
