The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 27.13 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2019 as compared to Rs 25.34 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 7.06 per cent. Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 14.16 per cent at Rs 1,244.82 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,090.42 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 14.23 per cent to Rs 1,223.25 crore from Rs 1,070.88 crore in year ago period. Other Income grew by 65.57 per cent at Rs 10.58 crore versus (Dec'18 Rs 6.39 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 10.39 per cent to Rs 21.57 crore as against Rs 19.54 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 3.35 per cent in December quarter. Interest grew by 346.81 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.10 crore, while Taxation increased by 191.67 per cent at Rs -1.05 crore
