The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 22.62 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2019 as compared to Rs 25.15 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 10.06 per cent. Net revenue of the company declined by 5.10 per cent at Rs 1,323.66 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,394.80 crore in the corresponding period last year. During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 5.44 per cent to Rs 1,239.42 crore from Rs 1,310.66 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 17.65 per cent at Rs 0.80 crore versus (Sep'18 Rs 0.68 crore). Operating Profit surged by 0.12 per cent to Rs 84.24 crore as against Rs 84.14 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 5.47 per cent in September quarter. Interest grew by 6.93 per cent y-o-y to Rs 29.15 crore, while Taxation decreased by 27.25 per cent at Rs 7.53 crore (Sep'18 Rs 10.35 crore).
