Sumeet Industries announced that the committee of Board for issue of Bonus shares in its meeting held on 25 July 2018, has fixed the record date as 4 August, 2018 for determining the entitlement of members to receive Bonus Equity Shares of the Company in the ratio of 1 : 4 i.e. 1(one) new bonus equity share of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten) each for every 4 (four) existing equity shares of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten) each held in the Company.
