The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 35.91 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2019 as compared to Rs 33.26 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 7.97 per cent. Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 4.48 per cent at Rs 457.35 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 437.76 crore in the corresponding period last year. During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 3.42 per cent to Rs 394.79 crore from Rs 381.74 crore in year ago period. Other Income grew by 10.67 per cent at Rs 17.42 crore versus (Sep'18 Rs 15.74 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 11.67 per cent to Rs 62.56 crore as against Rs 56.02 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 6.88 per cent in September quarter. Interest declined by 21.49 per cent y-o-y to Rs 12.53 crore, while Taxation increased by 62.96 per cent at Rs 21.25 crore (Sep'18 Rs 13.04 crore)
