The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 35.40 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2019 as compared to Rs 28.09 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 26.02 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 12.50 per cent at Rs 277.36 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 246.54 crore in the corresponding period last year. During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 18.19 per cent to Rs 234.91 crore from Rs 198.75 crore in year ago period. Other Income grew by 130.41 per cent at Rs 3.94 crore versus (Sep'18 Rs 1.71 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 10.67 per cent to Rs 43.63 crore as against Rs 48.84 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 20.60 per cent in September quarter. Interest declined by 9.14 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.58 crore, while Taxation decreased by 71.34 per cent at Rs 4.37 crore
