Reliance Industries Ltd gained 7.76% today to trade at Rs 1252.15. The S&P BSE Energy index is up 5.75% to quote at 4450.83. The index is down 3.78 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Oil India Ltd increased 2.1% and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd added 2.06% on the day. The S&P BSE Energy index went down 1.81 % over last one year compared to the 0.48% fall in benchmark SENSEX.

Reliance Industries Ltd has lost 2.22% over last one month compared to 3.78% fall in S&P BSE Energy index and 3.28% drop in the SENSEX. On the BSE, 2.31 lakh shares were traded in the counter so far compared with average daily volumes of 4.47 lakh shares in the past one month. The stock hit a record high of Rs 1417 on 03 May 2019. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 1017 on 25 Oct 2018.
