The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 152.10 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2019 as compared to Rs 63.60 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 139.15 per cent. Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 17.04 per cent at Rs 637.50 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 768.40 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 37.38 per cent to Rs 388.70 crore from Rs 620.70 crore in year ago period. Other Income grew by 140.75 per cent at Rs 96.30 crore versus (Sep'18 Rs 40.00 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 68.45 per cent to Rs 248.80 crore as against Rs 147.70 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 103.07 per cent in September quarter. Interest grew by 34.46 per cent y-o-y to Rs 138.90 crore, while Taxation decreased by 501.82 per cent at Rs -22.10 crore
