The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 42.50 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2019 as compared to Rs 28.92 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 46.96 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 6.34 per cent at Rs 246.77 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 263.47 crore in the corresponding period last year. During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 0.98 per cent to Rs 215.00 crore from Rs 217.13 crore in year ago period. Other Income dipped by 7.27 per cent at Rs 6.63 crore versus (Sep'18 Rs 7.15 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 31.44 per cent to Rs 31.77 crore as against Rs 46.34 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 26.83 per cent in September quarter. Interest declined by 23.28 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.78 crore, while Taxation decreased by 190.32 per cent at Rs -14.65 crore (Sep'18 Rs 16.22 crore).
