The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 10.16 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2019 as compared to Rs 3.50 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 190.29 per cent. Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 28.65 per cent at Rs 392.10 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 549.53 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 31.31 per cent to Rs 357.15 crore from Rs 519.92 crore in year ago period. Other Income dipped by 15.58 per cent at Rs 1.30 crore versus (Sep'18 Rs 1.54 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 18.03 per cent to Rs 34.96 crore as against Rs 29.62 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 65.49 per cent in September quarter. Interest declined by 2.28 per cent y-o-y to Rs 14.12 crore, while Taxation decreased by 35.33 per cent at Rs 1.94 crore
