The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 22.72 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2019 as compared to Rs 22.46 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 1.16 per cent. Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 3.36 per cent at Rs 171.39 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 177.35 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 0.51 per cent to Rs 145.08 crore from Rs 145.82 crore in year ago period. Other Income dipped by 3.50 per cent at Rs 6.90 crore versus (Sep'18 Rs 7.15 crore). Operating Profit slipped by 16.56 per cent to Rs 26.31 crore as against Rs 31.53 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 13.67 per cent in September quarter. Interest grew by 785.71 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.62 crore, while Taxation decreased by 62.02 per cent at Rs 5.07 crore (Sep'18 Rs 13.35 crore).
