Among the other constituents of the index, Oberoi Realty Ltd increased 1.48% and Godrej Properties Ltd added 1.14% on the day. The S&P BSE Realty Index index went down 6.76 % over last one year compared to the 13.65% surge in benchmark SENSEX.

Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd has added 53.04% over last one month compared to 13.7% gain in S&P BSE Realty Index index and 2.76% rise in the SENSEX. On the BSE, 1.83 lakh shares were traded in the counter so far compared with average daily volumes of 12.83 lakh shares in the past one month. The stock hit a record high of Rs 223.9 on 26 Apr 2018. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 63.05 on 06 Feb 2019.
