Excel Industries announced that the dividend if approved by the members at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 9 August, 2018 will be paid on or after 16 August, 2018 to the members holding share in physical form and whose names appear in the register of members on the close of the day on 09 August, 2018 and to the members holding shares in dematerialized form and whose names are furnished by the National Securities and Depository (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) (CDSL) as beneficial owners on the close of business hours on 02 August, 2018.
