The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 18.40 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2019 as compared to Rs 21.55 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 14.62 per cent. Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 98.73 per cent at Rs 4.62 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 362.80 crore in the corresponding period last year. During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 99.18 per cent to Rs 2.84 crore from Rs 346.14 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 9.75 per cent at Rs 19.90 crore versus (Sep'18 Rs 22.05 crore). Operating Profit slipped by 89.38 per cent to Rs 1.77 crore as against Rs 16.66 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 735.73 per cent in September quarter.
