Axis Bank has allotted 2,44,023 equity shares of Rs 2 each on 11 February 2019, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP scheme. The paid up share capital of the company will accordingly increase to Rs 514. 08 crore (257,04,26,751 equity shares of Rs 2 each).
