The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 72.69 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2019 as compared to Rs 62.09 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 17.07 per cent. Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.57 per cent at Rs 822.31 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 764.42 crore in the corresponding period last year. During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.86 per cent to Rs 699.42 crore from Rs 660.73 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 149.05 per cent at Rs 39.20 crore versus (Sep'18 Rs 15.74 crore). Operating Profit surged by 18.52 per cent to Rs 122.89 crore as against Rs 103.69 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 10.18 per cent in September quarter. Interest grew by 78.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 23.13 crore, while Taxation increased by 40.77 per cent at Rs 39.12 crore (Sep'18 Rs 27.79 crore).
