The benchmark NIFTY is up around 0.33% on the day, quoting at 10663.5. The Sensex is at 35459.4, up 0.3%.Tata Steel Ltd has eased around 8.53% in last one month.Meanwhile, Nifty Metal index of which Tata Steel Ltd is a constituent, has eased around 6.58% in last one month and is currently quoting at 3172.3, down 0.77% on the day. The volume in the stock stood at 97.13 lakh shares today, compared to the daily average of 75.81 lakh shares in last one month.

The benchmark November futures contract for the stock is quoting at Rs 527, down 0.84% on the day. Tata Steel Ltd tumbled 21.75% in last one year as compared to a 2.83% rally in NIFTY and a 15.74% fall in the Nifty Metal index.
