The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 161.45 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 41.86 crore in the previous year quarter. Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 20.82 per cent at Rs 755.41 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 953.99 crore in the corresponding period last year. During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 12.48 per cent to Rs 522.83 crore from Rs 597.40 crore in year ago period. Other Income dipped by 61.02 per cent at Rs 17.50 crore versus (Sep'18 Rs 44.89 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 34.78 per cent to Rs 232.58 crore as against Rs 356.59 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 17.63 per cent in September quarter. Interest grew by 2.02 per cent y-o-y to Rs 377.22 crore, while Taxation increased by 83.34 per cent at Rs -85.95 crore (Sep'18 Rs -46.88 crore).
