The Sensex is at 38686.77, down 0.09%.HDFC Bank Ltd has eased around 2.09% in last one month.Meanwhile, Nifty Bank index of which HDFC Bank Ltd is a constituent, has eased around 1.32% in last one month and is currently quoting at 30603.85, up 0.07% on the day. The volume in the stock stood at 28.46 lakh shares today, compared to the daily average of 25.88 lakh shares in last one month.

The benchmark July futures contract for the stock is quoting at Rs 2398.45, down 0.92% on the day. HDFC Bank Ltd jumped 11.31% in last one year as compared to a 5.53% rally in NIFTY and a 13.87% spurt in the Nifty Bank index.

The PE of the stock is 31.22 based on TTM earnings ending March 19.
