Cipla Ltd dropped for a fifth straight session today. The stock is quoting at Rs 544, down 1.09% on the day as on 13:24 IST on the NSE. The benchmark NIFTY is down around 1.77% on the day, quoting at 11601.85. The Sensex is at 38856.99, down 1.66%.Cipla Ltd has eased around 1.9% in last one month.Meanwhile, Nifty Pharma index of which Cipla Ltd is a constituent, has eased around 4.62% in last one month and is currently quoting at 7926.5, down 0.76% on the day. The volume in the stock stood at 9.98 lakh shares today, compared to the daily average of 12.28 lakh shares in last one month.

The benchmark July futures contract for the stock is quoting at Rs 544.5, down 1.13% on the day. Cipla Ltd tumbled 12.67% in last one year as compared to a 6.9% rally in NIFTY and a 15.49% fall in the Nifty Pharma index.

The PE of the stock is 23.47 based on TTM earnings ending March 19.
