1.Resignation of Mario Brocchi from the Directorship of the Company w.e.f. closing working hours of 12 February 2019;
2.Appointment of Thomas Wenger as an Additional Non-Executive Director of the Company, w.e.f. closing working hours of 12 February 2019.
