Bharti Airtel Ltd gained 2.23% today to trade at Rs 309.45. The S&P BSE Telecom index is up 0.77% to quote at 963.19. The index is down 3.15 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Vodafone Idea Ltd increased 1.43% and Tata Communications Ltd added 0.12% on the day. The S&P BSE Telecom index went down 39.09 % over last one year compared to the 7.79% surge in benchmark SENSEX.

Bharti Airtel Ltd has added 2.72% over last one month compared to 3.15% fall in S&P BSE Telecom index and 1.98% rise in the SENSEX. On the BSE, 16016 shares were traded in the counter so far compared with average daily volumes of 4.45 lakh shares in the past one month. The stock hit a record high of Rs 547.2 on 27 Dec 2017. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 277 on 22 Oct 2018.
